ELIGIBILITY
- The Feigenbaum Leadership Excellence Award is open to men and women from both the public and the private sectors.
- Applicants can be associated from either small or large organizations throughout the Arab region where their nominations are based on merit rather than on seniority and on individual contributions rather than types of organizations.
- Applicants must show mature and effective professional skills, leadership ability and vision.
- Not more than three applications from the same organization can be submitted for a given year.
SUPPORTING DOCUMENTS
- A filled Award nomination form.
- For each application, three reference letters are to be included. recommended referees include employers, direct supervisors, business partner or clients.
- Applicant should submit a written statement describing individual achievements, activities and experiences relative to selection criteria of the category applied for. (Please refer to the Award selection criteria section). The written statement is limited to four pages in total, typed on the A4 size in Microsoft format (word document) in Times New Roman font, size 10.
- Applicant may choose to include up to three additional materials supporting claims against the selection criteria, (achievement reports, product report, corporate programs, publication…) that would support his or her selection for the Award.
APPLICATION PROCEDURE
The above documents should be presented in English Language as the assessment is carried out by an International Jury comprising world-wide International Gurus in the field of quality and Leadership.
All materials should be submitted either by email or by regular mail to the Virtual Executive Club in e-format (CD or USB)

- First, the applications will be processed for validity and factual accuracy following which a certain number of applicants will be short-listed.
- The assessment process of the short listed candidates includes evaluation by a judges' panel who will select the winner (s) for each category.
- Awards will be made at the discretion of the Feigenbaum Leadership Excellence Award selection committee, which may choose to grant no award or multiple awards in any one year.
WINNERS ANNOUNCEMENT
The names of the winners of the Feigenbaum Leadership Excellence Award are announced, and the recipients are honored at an award and dinner ceremony which details are published yearly on http://vec.hbmeu.ac.ae.
