Mission

The Mission of the Admission and Registration office is to foster learners' academic progress by ensuring the proper maintenance of academic records from the first day of learner registration up to the graduation from the University.


Objectives


  • To maintain and enhance the University Online Admission and Registration Application.
  • To maintain all current and historical academic learners' records
  • To collect course grades and issue grade transcripts to learners as per University's policies and regulations.
  • To deliver consistent, effective and timely services to learners, faculty, and other staff members, in the areas of course scheduling, registration, course enrollment, course enrollment changes, transfer of credits and other related areas.
  • To maintain the processes of determining eligibility for admission to programs, graduation, honors, and scholarships.
  • To provide assistance in the process of oversight of academic regulations and rules, including the preparation and maintenance of the University Catalogs, handbooks and websites.
  • To prepare academic calendars and timetables prior to the beginning of each academic year
  • To disseminate information related to learners such as demographic data, achievement rates, retention rates and other relevant materials to authorized personnel in the University.
